Nick Osin was born Mykola Ramizovych Dolzhykov in Vinnytsia, Ukraine and was raised by his grandma Oksana Osina and his uncle Maxym Osin, which explains the origin of his stage name Osin. He began performing on stage when he was a child and his passion and undeterred love for music led him to participate in a vocal TV show in 2014 in Russia “Hochu K Meladze” where he successfully went into airing and it gave him enough exposure and confidence to move across the globe and finally made his way to Hollywood where he has been pursuing his music career to date. His Chart-topping melodic improvised pop tune has so far garnered a staggering 26, 859 Spotify streams (as at the time of writing this). The party anthem is exactly what you need to set the mood for the day.
“Better Yet” is the tune that stays with you even after it is over as its iconic layered melodic harmony creates a strong intoxicating and addictive tune like nothing you have heard before. It has combined the rhythms of pop, funk, dub, blues, and electronic music to create what is by far a distinctive record production style that is embellished by the drum machine-backed rhythms, pitch correlation vocals, and a smooth lush style of vocal arrangement expanding the musical and lyrical boundaries of pop in ways that cannot be equaled. The verse repetition of “You got me running, running, running, running yeah” gives it more catchiness and makes it easier for Nick to pick up on the notes and chords of the highly syncopated beats. The idea to combine the melodies with some good lyrics such as “Better yet baby, now I can finally see, Better yet baby reality just hit me, to create a two-toned effect is simply an ingenious work. This song is guaranteed to take over the airwaves for generations and all the lovers of house, funk, dab and lovers rock will definitely feel represented by this all-encompassing melody. This is a party starter that can get a whole stadium, teaming with humanity jumping up and down exhilarated possessed by its nourished beauty. God bless him for this!
