Loshe explains that “Desnudos,” meaning “Naked,” was never about physical exposure. She connects that idea to a culture where social media often rewards perfection, leaving little room for people to admit when they are struggling.
“When someone is broken in some way, they’re very vulnerable,” she says. “And one way of being vulnerable is being naked.” That belief forms the emotional center of the song. Loshe treats vulnerability as an ordinary human condition, something that reaches everyone, even those who appear composed.
The documentary is at its most affecting when she speaks about the shower scene in the music video. Loshe admits that when she falls into depression, she cries in the shower.
